Finale Day - Saturday Information

Finale Day at Royal Ascot - 22nd of June 2019
Return Coach From London
We depart from Victoria Coach Station at 10am. You need to be at Victoria Coach Station 30 minutes prior to your departure time as coaches have to depart on time. Victoria Coach Station on Google Maps.

Heading west towards Ascot the journey time to Ascot Racecourse, depending upon traffic, is approximately 90 minutes. We will depart Royal Ascot at 7.00pm - which is approximately 90 minutes after the last race (normally around 5.30pm). This gives you extra time to join the live bands in the Windsor Enclosure or the famous sing-a-long at the rear of the Grandstand. Depending upon traffic, we aim to have you in central London at Victoria Coach Station by 9.30pm.

Buffet Lunch
On arrival a cold buffet lunch will be provided. This is followed by our bacon and sausage sizzle. Lunch will be served in the coach park area where PP Travels picnic is set up. You will have plenty of time to enjoy lunch and our generous servings of refreshments before entering the racecourse at your own leisure to watch the Royal procession pass at 2:00pm. The first race is normally 2:35pm. Entrance to the racecourse is included in our price. Once in the races food and drinks are at your own cost.

Drinks Selection
Our Ascot tours are renowned for the generous supply of drinks at our main picnic site at Royal Ascot along with the quality and selection of wines. As well as sparkling wine being served on the coach on the journey to Royal Ascot, you have the choice of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rose, Merlot, Shiraz, Rioja as well as more bubbly and cider and beer.

Meet us at Ascot
If you prefer to make your own way to Royal Ascot, you can meet us at our picnic zone in Coach Park 10 (Red) and enjoy our buffet picnic style lunch with drinks plus collect your entry tickets. After this, like the rest of our guests, you would head into the racetrack to enjoy the races. We advise people meeting us at Ascot to arrive at the coach park area around 11am to enjoy lunch and drinks. Everyone has left us by 1:30pm so as to enter the races and be in place for the Queens arrival at 2pm with the Royal Procession.
