If you have doubts about your coming travel with us and wish to cancel please note that, unless the event is listed below, your cancellation will be treated under the PP Travel booking conditions or, where possible, the transfer of your booking to 2021. Please note that we always state that people should always have adequate travel insurance in place when making a booking.

Royal Ascot 2020
Ascot Racecourse have unfortunately but understandably announced (7th of April 2020) that for public health and safety reasons they have reached the difficult but unavoidable conclusion that Royal Ascot 2020 will not be able to take place as an event open to the public. This will of course be a great disappointment for everyone planning to attend.
At PP Travel we are now working closely with Ascot Racecourse with the ticket refund process. They are working as quickly as they can to sort this process as soon as possible. Once ticket refunds have been issued we will be emailing you options available for your booking.
At present full refund of tickets is promised by Ascot Racecourse and once received we will be in place to offer you a full refund for your 2020 booking. Alternatively, looking to the future we will be more than ready to celebrate all that is Royal Ascot in 2021 and of course we will be more than happy to transfer your 2020 booking to 2021.
The virus will have a significant financial impact on our business however with 30 years of running tours and weathering a number of other crisis along the way we are confident that will get through this crisis to run great tours to Royal Ascot in the future.

Anzac Day Gallipoli 2020
All passengers booked with PP Travel for Anzac Day 2020 have now, per their request, received a full refund or had their booking transferred to 2021. If you had a booking with us for Anzac Day 2020 and have any questions please contact us by replying to any email you received from us or using your preferred method of contact available on our contact page Thanks to all Anzac Day passengers for their patience during this process especially to those who booked via agents where we are both at the mercy of the 3rd party to make the refund per our instructions.
