What happens if I need to cancel?

As deposits are non-refundable* so you will unfortunately lose at least this amount if you cancel. Please note that bookings and names are not transferable. If you have paid in full, refunds (if any) due will depend upon when we receive your written cancellation as per the PP Travel booking conditions by fax (+442036031182) or email.

* Full refund including deposit is available it your booking was made within 7 days and not within 10 days of the first day of your booking.
