Pamplona - San Fermin - San Fermin Hotel Accommodation
Don't want to camp, no worries, with PP Travel's hotel accommodation packages you can still join the best party in Spain without the cost of the travel to and from London with our hotel accommodation only option. Only 1.5 miles from the centre of the old city and providing public transport links from its door, Hotel Burlada, whilst essentially a basic hotel, is a very functional and friendly hotel that offers its guests a personalised treatment that will make you feel like home. Having been totally modernised in 2014 the hotel is situated in the student area of Pamplona in the suburb of Burlada which has many restaurants/bars/plaza's and shops and certainly during San Fermin has a real local feel about it.

Day 1 - Wednesday 5 July 2017
Check in to Hotel
Our hotel is located in the Burlada district which is Pamplona's main student accommodation area. It is serviced by 24-hour public transport and is just 1.5 miles outside the old city itself so is a very fast commute. There is a 24hr reception and Wi-Fi in the hotel and there is also a restaurant/bar on site. In the surrounding streets there are also many more bars as well as plenty of shops, plazas and restaurants to discover in this buzzing part of town. This afternoon we offer a walking tour of the old town and bull run route.
Day 2 - Thursday 6 July 2017
San Fermin Champagne Opening Ceremony
You do not want to miss this! At midday the mayor of Pamplona fires a rocket from the top of the town hall and mayhem immediately ensues. You need to ensure you are in town early to soak up the pre-party atmosphere. Sangria, bubbly, water, flour and all sorts of other items are thrown about in a crazy exuberant response to the official start of the festival. Bands wind their way about the narrow cobble stone streets, street performers abound, everywhere is laughter and smiles. This is one of the best parties you will ever experience in your life and continues for the next seven days.
Day 3 - Friday 7 July 2017
The First Bull Run
Are you brave enough to start your day with a brisk and adrenalising Bull Run? If so, you'll want to be at the start of the bull run for 7am at the absolute latest so will want to be out of bed by 6am to make sure you find a good spot on the bull run route. After the bull run perhaps return to your hotel for a much needed rest before heading into the old town again in the evening for more partying and some unbelievable night time fireworks.
Day 4 - Saturday 8 July 2017
2nd Bull Run and Departure Day
Up early again? How are you feeling today? The bulls won't wait so don't be late and remember to be at the start of that bull run route definitely no later than 7am. Maybe a café breakfast after the bull run prior to checking out of your accommodation by 10.30am this morning. Happy and safe onwards travel.

e.g: a hire car for 5 people, from 5 to 8 July costs from as little as £75.
